The grinding sequence for ceramic tiles and porcelain tiles is P–30 P–60 P–120, when processing only the end, and when removing the chamfer - only P–220.Grinding is performed at speeds of 2800 rpm.
Also for polishing flat and curved surfaces of granite, hard marble and hard sandstone.
Using special angle grinders with adjustable speed, electrical protection and mandatory central supply of coolant.
Polishing sequence for granite, hard marble and hard sandstone - P–30 P–60 P–120 P–220 P–400 P–800 P–1500 P–3000. Shaft speed during polishing 2800-3700 rpm.
