Return Policy

In accordance with theLaw of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", you can return goods purchased in the solution.in.ua store within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to compliance with all the rules provided by the Law.

Terms of exchange/return of goods of proper quality

Article 9. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights":

The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product does not satisfy him in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange a product of proper quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase. Exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if the following conditions are met:

the goods have not been used;
its marketable appearance has been preserved;
consumer properties, seals, labels;
a payment document issued to the consumer along with the sold goods.

Marketable appearance: New goods are sold in the factory packaging, this is one of the factors determining the marketable appearance. The buyer should remember that it is not recommended to damage the product and packaging! There should also be no abrasions or scratches on the product. Not used: All products are delivered new. An authorized service center or a product acceptance manager can check whether the device has been used or not. If traces of use (scratches, abrasions, dirt) are found, the store may exercise the right to refuse the customer as a violation of this clause. Seals, labels and payment documents: This point also applies to the product appearance. If you lost the document, information data or tore off the seal on the product when returning it, the situation will be similar. Payment documents must provide the original receipt and warranty card for a refund.

Conditions for exchange/return of goods of inadequate quality.

Article 8. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights":

In the event of detection of defects during the established warranty period, the consumer has the right to demand, in the manner and within the timeframes established by law:

proportional reduction in price;
free elimination of product defects within a reasonable time;
reimbursement of costs for eliminating product defects.

The consumer's demands provided for in this article shall not be satisfied if the seller proves that the defects of the goods arose as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules for using the goods or storing them. The consumer has the right to participate in the quality check of the goods personally or through his/her representative.
